MEET THE TRC TEAM

Matt Trusch worked in Asia for 15 years, first as an investment banker for Merrill Lynch Asia in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Matt travels extensively to Mainland China, Taiwan, Vietnam, India and other countries in the Asia Pacific Region.

Matt worked for over a decade based in Shanghai, most recently as Chief Executive Officer for The Copper Group Asia, affiliated with the New York-based real estate group developing large-scale mixed-use projects in partnership with the City of Shanghai.

Matt founded the award-winning Asian spirit brand "byejoe" which is distributed in the US, in duty free, and in international markets including China.

Matt received his B.A. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College and his M.A. from Harvard University.
