TEXAS REGIONAL CENTER APPROVED BY USCIS

Texas Regional Center, LLC (TRC) was designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as an EB-5 regional center on November 5, 2013. TRC’s geographic scope encompasses the Texas Triangle, including the major metropolitan areas of Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin. Headquartered in Houston, TRC is led by an experienced team of real estate professionals, and is a member of the Association to Invest in the USA (IIUSA).

Administered by the USCIS, the EB-5 program approves and designates Regional Centers to attract foreign investment into the U.S. Since the program’s creation in 1990, thousands of immigrants have received permanent U.S. residency, creating tens of thousands of American jobs at no cost to the U.S. taxpayer.

The EB-5 Investor Visa Program provides an opportunity for qualified immigrant investors and their immediate families (unmarried children up to the age of 21) to obtain U.S. green cards and permanent residency through a one-time investment of $500,000 or $1,000,000

into a new U.S. business that creates 10 or more full time American jobs.
