CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
Construction of the Exemplar Approved ONE MARKET SQUARE EB-5 project is progressing nicely.
The project is currently expecting a partial temporary certificate of occupancy in late January 2018, and a full certificate of occupancy by end of March 2018, although the construction team is looking at ways to accelerate this.
Draft leases have been sent to two restaurants, and there are discussions with a couple of large office tenants who want to lease parking spaces.
